The survey

The survey has two important characteristics. It is short, with only 17 questions, and it is rooted in DEI science.

Questions are designed from academic research and have been tested thoroughly to ensure that results provide an accurate view of your company DEI state, while minimizing time spent by employees.

The survey looks into

  • Diversity, providing quantitative metrics i.e. number of people per category including by age, gender, LGBTQ+, ethnicity and disability groups

  • Equity and inclusion, providing qualitative data on percentage of people who feel included, or feel like the company is equitable

The dashboard

Employee responses are automatically aggregated in an interactive dashboard containing

  • A summary page, to give you an overview of your diversity, equity and inclusion results

  • Detailed pages, to provide your diversity, equity and inclusion results by category including by age, gender, LGBTQ+, ethnicity and disability groups

The dashboard can be used to measure results once, or see the improvement over time.

Privacy is a priority

Preserving the anonymity of every participant is key to the success of the survey. At every step of the way, we ensure that sensitive data is securely stored, and deleted as soon as possible.

  • Survey responses are anonymous, securely stored, and never directly accessible to anyone inside the surveyed organization.

  • Answers are aggregated in a way that allows deep dives into specific departments, grades or locations without revealing information about a single respondent. The individual responses are permanently deleted after aggregation.

  • We rely on industry-leader services to ensure private access to the dashboard.
